Our aim is to partner with organisations to help strengthen their impact through fundraising initiatives, awareness campaigns, and collaborations that empower youth and present members of the community.

Refund Policy

At Pride Heroes, we want every supporter to receive their order in perfect condition.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you may request a refund within 7 days (1 week) of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused (except for identifying the issue), in their original condition, and returned with proof of purchase.

As Pride Heroes is also a fundraising organisation, a percentage of each purchase is donated to LGBTQIA+ communities, youth, and partner organisations. Please note that refunds may not include the portion of your purchase that has already been contributed to these initiatives.
